Trinity Institute of Exercise Science Education was founded by Mr. Yousuf VA. Yousuf has been prominently working in the fitness industry since 2008. Ever since, he has constantly been updating his knowledge through Certifications. His certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialization, Certified Nutrition Coach, Youth Exercise Specialization; QUAFIT Certified Aquatic Fitness Instructor, Fitness Inc. Certified Indian Nutrition Specialist; MBSC Thrive Level 2 Certification. He believes that continuing education constantly paves way for unparalleled growth and, through TIESE, is now spreading the knowledge that he had gained with his over a decade of experience and education.
