This 2-day workshop is loaded with all the knowledge required to build muscle in a very scientific way. The contents of this workshop are fully backed up by RCTs, Systematic Reviews & Meta Analyses that are up to date.

Day 1 is Theory Session where you will gain knowledge and learn nuances you will need to build muscles, the right and proven way.

Day 2 will be a Practical Session where you will learn to skilfully apply all the knowledge gained on the previous day’s theory.

On completion of the 2-day workshop you will be completely equipped with the knowledge and skills that is needed to design a Muscle Building program for your clients and yourself.
